Gold of L.A. Weekly as a “transforming moment in the Los Angeles restaurant scene” and where Sam Sifton of the NY Times declared “every plate is a perfectly realized piece of art”.

 Trained by the best in the world for 12 years; Pierre Gagnaire, Marc Meneau, Alain Passard and Guy Martin, Ludo came to America at the age of 24 and quickly made a name for himself amongst the elite earning the Mobil Five Star Award at Los Angeles’ L’Orangerie and Bastide Restaurants.
